Scam company, February, 2019
After a record breaking snowfall, the pole barn roof collapsed. Wisconsin Mutual denied our claim because they allege that we didn't have snow damage coverage. Scammers.
Increased premium for absurd reason, April, 2016
My daughter, with a 4.0 at her HS. slid into a curb while leaving a stop sign on her way to work on a slippery, icy morning. WM called this an "at fault accident" and removed her 20% Good Student discount. The claim paid was for $600. WM wants an additional $200/year as a result. When investigating whether the claim was "worth" filing, my agent told me it would not affect my premium. WM is not in business to protect you. It is in the business to make money. I will be canceling my homeowners insurance and auto insurance policies with Wisconsin Mutual asap. I spoke to both the underwriter responsible for case, and the WM claims adjuster. Both hid behind a policy designed to rob clients. The fact is: the "Good Student Discount" is really a "Perfect Driver and Good Student Discount". My daughter received no citation and conditions were not considered. The Claim Adjuster didn't even speak to my daughter about the accident.
Horrible service!, May, 2015
If you're ever involved in an accident don't expect your claim to get settled within any reasonable amount of time. They are clearly ignorant to common sense and will deny claims regardless of what police reports and witness statements say. Worst customer service I've ever experienced.
The worst Insurance Company, June, 2014
There is no way to describe how frustrating is to work with this company. I've been with this company for more than 5 years and when I finally have to claim my car since I was hit and run they really show me how cold and careless for their customers are. I have to file a claim trought the Wisconsin Insurance Agency and when I request to add GAP coverage for my new car they denied with no valid reson.
