Travelers Insurance is the second largest issuer of personal insurance policies in the United States, and holds the number 89 position on the Forbes top 500 companies. What is unusual about Travelers is that they have achieved such a high ranking even though their policies are largely sold through independent agents rather than dedicated sales. In 2006, Travelers was purchased by the MetLife Insurance group, but has retained their operating name.

Travelers insurance uses bullying tactics , November, 2016
This insurance company has done everything in their power to harass, intimidate and BULLY a handicapped person!!!
BULLYING should NOT be tolerated by an individual nor a corporation, NOT acceptable travelers insurance!!!
From the very start of my injury I have experienced their claim adjuster breaking HEPA Law, another claim adjuster that would delay my temporary disability payments to my advance on settlement payments, change the app she used for mileage reimbursement without notification, (the app she now uses shorts my reimbursement fee) to the corporate office not responding to its legal representation, and now bullying/strong arming me by not offering a fair settlement!
This is an absolute disgrace!!!
I am sure that the founder of travelers did NOT expect this behavior of its employees.
Travelers insurance you should ALL be ashamed of yourselves for harassing the handicapped!!!
Update-now that myself, my attorneys and travelers attorney, Gaino, has reached a settlement offer, it astounds me that travelers corporate office still does not respond!
Going on SIX YEARS and still being harassed and bullied. This company prides itself on bullying handicap people!!!
