Disorganized. Uprofessional. Irresponsible , November, 2018
I worked w/ Barb Franks office for about 5 years. They were always on time when billing me, not so much on anything else. The office lost my address twice when I moved-sending bills to my old address years after I relocated (same state). They could never find my file when I called, consistently blaming their colleagues for mistakes--they could not (or were too lazy to) provide me w/ an itemized list of my insured equipment. This alerted me that they perhaps misplaced the serial numbers for my lenses, camera body etc... so I requested an itemized list of insured gear-again! And they WOULD NOT provide it. I could not believe it. That was it for me.
The entire staff is incredibly unprofessional, unreliable, and office management, if there is any, is utterly incompetent.
At the time, State Farm was the only agency that insured photographers. I have more options today & couldn't be happier w/ my new agancy. This is the worst experience I have ever had and I should have left years ago. Good riddance! I tell every photographer I know NOT to use State Farm/Barb Frank.
