    STATE AUTO SCREWS YOU, November, 2018

    HAD ACCIDENT WITH A STATE AUTO INSURED IN APRIL THIS IS NOVEMBER AND THEY WILL NOT TALK TO ME OR WILL NOT CALL ME BACK. WHEN YOU DO GET TO TALK TO SOMEBODY THE WILL CALL YOU BACK .IT HAS BEEN FOUR WEEKS ,I WAS TOLD I WILL CALL YOU BACK. YOU WANT TO TALK WHEN YOU WANT MONEY,BUT WHEN YOU HAVE TO PAY A CLAIM YOU DO'NT KNOW ANY BODY. THANKS A LOT STATE AUTO.

    Worst Insurance Company, April, 2019

    This is by far the worst insurance company that I have ever dealt with. They offer the best rates up front to get your business. After year one the honeymoon is over and here comes the increases. By the way, we did not have a single claim. So when you cancel your policy and move on, that when you get billed the back end fee and when you refuse to pay, they try to sue you. These people are crooks and bullies!

    Customer service non existant, January, 2019

    I can rarely get agent on phone, likes to only use email. Jacked up cost to twice as much as mynew insurance. To top itoff they are still sending mebillseven after i fired them
