    Klein -Fleming agents are excellent in customer service. INStrumental along with Secura in settling this claim in timely manner. Had check long before could get truck into shop for repairs,

    Insurance high but great service!, June, 2018

    I have had two accidents that were my fault the

    other claims were other people. However, all the

    claims were taken care of rapidly and with

    great service. Noone likes to have an accident but

    when you have a company you have to fight with it is just double the crisis. Secura has been very

    good about being considerate of the person who

    file the claim and took care of it right away.

    Making the best out of a tough situation, August, 2018

    We recently made the switch to Secura, not long after we experienced a major hail storm that did damage to our home and our vehicles. When hail occurs, literally everyone in our zip code was doing what we were doing, calling our agents and getting the ball rolling. What this meant for me, was that because everyone in our zip code was doing the exact same thing, the resources to support us, the homeowner were strained. Nevertheless, I was frustrated. I communicated my frustration to my Secura rep Matt K, who was able to receive my message and take swift action. Very shortly after we had a tough call, Matt was able to deliver the next steps to allow me to have our vehicles and our home repairs lined up. When acts of god occur that cause many people in a local area to need insurance, it can be hard for both parties, and despite what we as the consumer may clamor for, there is only so much that our insurance companies can control. Matt did everything he could, in all of the areas for which he could control, and in the end, he did exactly what we needed him to. Thank you Matt! Thank you Secura!

    Claim adjuster Matt could use some help, August, 2018

    Wife totaled car. Matt gave us pay out. Had 2 working days to find another car because that is all Secura would cover for rental. Secura held deductible for over a week ($500) because they were unable (lazy) to get police report. Wife went to sheriff's dept. and they told her, it's easier for insurance companies to get report. Had a poor and stressful experience.

    Great customer service!, June, 2018

    Secura has great customer service! I felt like they truly cared and I wasn't just another file to them. They were looking out for my best interest as well. I have recommended them to family and friends. Top notch personal service. My father sold insurance for a large brand and I have heard many horror stories and would not even think of driving out of my garage without insurance. I am happy with the coverage they offer, the rates and the customer service. I plan on being a long time customer.

    They were fast in response to my claim, May, 2018

    The day after my accident I was in contact with them and working to get my car repaired. They were very helpful on the phone and answered any questions I had. Cheryl in the damage department was a great help to me.

    Secura sucks, February, 2016

    After having multiple issues with secura, I decided to stick it out, maybe things would get better. No chance. I will never use secura again. Their "customer service agents" do nothing to help, every time they try to tell me I need to call my agency and have them call secura... Excuse me, but you take money directly from me without a third party then you better be willing to answer my (the insured) questions directly instead of trying to push it off on someone else. Unacceptable. 0 stars. Use a different company even if it costs a little bit more. You get what you pay for

    Icky, yucky, run away, November, 2015

    My best friend was so enthralled with Secura's "image" when she first started working there, she convinced me to switch our home and auto coverage over to them.     Bring your money else where , January, 2016

    Not only is this insurance thousands of dollars more expensive than the competitors, they also have the worst customer service I have ever experienced in a professional company. They were not trueful on prices and once I canceled with them I continued to get bills from them. I will never ever recommend them. Very frustrating.

    Worst customer service, September, 2015

    Today one of Secura Insurance customers hit my vehicle. A parked vehicle. I was no where around. The car had to be towed. Instead of trying to help me or get a rental, their office says I must wait until Tuesday because they aren't adequately staffed. Um, how is my fault? One phone call to the driver and one to the auto shop would pretty much answer your questions! I gave you all their info!

    A particular staff member was rude and refused to help me. Thanks Tara! Amanda was awesome and at least gave me a claim number. This doesn't not help me get a rental though so I guess no church or work on Tuesday.

    What ever happened to doing the right thing??

    I guess our world has come to this!! Thanks for being just another crummy insurance company Secura! Hopefully my Review will help get the word out though so you won't have to deal with people like me (innocent bystanders or customers) in the future!

    A insured from your company total my car, July, 2017

    this company really sucks its been almost a year since me and my lawyer been going back and fourth on trying to get my case settle , even though you all have all the proof that your insured case the accident and proof from my doctors and place of work you all are trying to settle my case for very little $$$ its very sad because the guy total my car you guys have pictures of that as well... I would not recommend this insurance the people there are not professional no body even the lady that is handling my case... Very poor service don't want to pay even if they have proof that is why I Love state farm never leave home with out it....

    Rear ended but all better now, May, 2018

    Secura took care of my claim after my car was rear ended. It is fixed and I didn't have to pay anything. They offered me a rental, but I did not need it.

    Very professional, January, 2017

    I have been with various companies over the years and Secura tops the list. Everything I need- they have been helpful from towing claim, glass loss (very very expensive Mercedes glass), and various questions.

    I have had insurance for 38 years and this company has been one of the very best.

    I love their attention to detail and the perks included with the policy.

    I also love the annual pay option.

    Yes I have renewed with them 3 x and plan to keep them forever.

    Good Experience, May, 2015

    I hit my MINI against a Median pretty hard trying to avoid another car that almost hit me. SECURA sent the adjuster pretty quickly, they fixed my car with no issues, and gave me a rental car until I got mine back.

    I have had several auto claims, including a teen aged driver who backed into our neighbor's work vehicle, and two home claims for storm damages. Claims were settled promptly and satisfactorily! No hassles, checks received within days.

    You never how good your agent and company are until you need them. I had to get my truck repaired after a deer hit, and I was very pleased with the response time and service from the adjuster. He worked well with the body shop I chose. Thanks Secura.

    Rebecca Allussi B Was extreemly helpful on getting all my medical records together and helping me to understand the whole process even though I was not the actual person with Secura insurance.     Fast quality service during a stressful time., January, 2019

    A person rear-ended my car before Thanksgiving. I contacted her insurance company and was not treated with respect or professionalism - my calls were never answered or returned. After 5 days I decided to pay the deductible and started a claim with SECURA. It was the best decision I made! They informed throughout the entire process (email and phone calls). My car was totaled and SECURA team was efficient, fast, knowledgeable, and professional during the entire process. I received a 100% refund for the deductible paid after only 2 months of starting the claim. It was the best service I ever experienced. I greatly recommend SECURA. Fast and helpful during a stressful time.

    Kurt Beining handled my claim and he was great to handle my questions and offer assistance. I spoke to another person regarding a statement about my claim and she was very friendly as well. I appreciated their understanding and I never felt pressured or made to feel guilty about the accident while answering their questions. In a very stressful time they were comforting to work with.     Being kept up to date, August, 2018

    On my latest claim, I don't feel I've been kept as up-to-date as I should have been. I didn't know until after two months that the other driver had been ruled at fault and the case turned over to your attorneys. Would have been nice to know along the way what was going on.
