they suck-claims excuses, February, 2016
their insured hit my daughter and totaled her car. They made a ridiculous low offer by cherry picking low priced "comps" of my car with none of them even close to the mileage mine had, then deducted "prior damages" by jacking up what they felt it was worth, and then lastly refused to pay for the title tax and fees that we have to pay AGAIN (only had this car 3 months before it got totaled) on the replacement car, saying they only do that for they own customers and not "third party claims". Typical cheap ass fly by night insurance co and strongly don't recommend them!
TERRIBLE, BAD CLAIM SERVICE., March, 2017
Their rates goes up constantly even if you have a good driving record ontop of that their claim service really sucks and they don't have 24 hour claim service. I had insurance with them for 4 years, full coverage at that and the minute I filed a claim with them due to the fact I was rear ended by an uninsured motorists that's when they started showing their true colors. The claim agent Brenda constantly mislead me to sign documents when my car wasn't even repaired yet. Gave me the cheapest estimate $604 minus my deductible $250 for uninsured motorists so they basically wrote me a check for $354.00 and Im suppose to pay $250 deductible with that for my repair which equals to $604 and they don't even have a body shop they were affiliated with in my town that i could go to for that price. First the agent tells me I can go to any paint shop I like when i asked her what if they won't do it for the price of the estimate which was only for $604 and $250 of that is coming out of my pocket, she tells me well its my choice if I want to pay the remaining balance out of pocket. I tell her why should I pay for anything out of pocket except for my $250 deductible when I was hit by an uninsured motorist and i have full coverage, so she changes it up and so say you're right you shouldn't have too. I talked to her supervisor and was told if its more the paint shop would contact them for an approval and safeway will only reimburse me for two days rentals while my car is being worked on not while its just sitting there waiting for parts to arrive and every body knows it takes atleat a day or two for the parts to arrive. Im still in the process of getting my car fix with safeway and I had to renew my policy on 3/4/17. I did the best thing and went with a company that's reliable and appreciates my constant business. I went with PROGRESSIVE!!!
Scam Artists, October, 2016
This is by far the worst insurance company I have ever dealt with. They do not stand behind their policies and refuse to repair my vehicle.
Horrible company, August, 2017
Switched over to them for full coverage auto insurance for multiple vehicles, customer service sucked from the moment we signed.they play a lot of games lied to us and never returned our calls, very unhelpful. Switched to another company one of their insured drivers hit us in an accident in february 2017,ironicly a police officer witnessed the accident and ticketed the driver who hit us. We then gave the police report and all documents proving their drivers fault to them, they played games with us took them 5 months to get our jeep into the shop to get fixed, then after 2. And a half weeks they called and told us we are totaling your vehicle. We requested our vehicle back because the damages were all mostly cosmetic and body. Got the vehicle back one week later all torn apart and disassembled from Phil long collision center who was upset they did all the work and then lost the job. I put my jeep back together bought parts myself and here it is august 8th and still haven't got the check to pay off the jeep for being totaled. They have lied to me and my wife for months screwed us and still not paid us off. Do not use their services folks.
Do not get insurance with them, January, 2017
Please do not get insurance from them they are HORRIBLE. I was with them for less than 4 months and I changed to Alfa. Customer service is horrible as well
Terrible to deal with, October, 2015
Customer service non-existent. Very difficult to enroll and submit information to this company. Policy not worth the paper it is written on.
terrible company, June, 2016
cheapest insurance around so started doing business with them. HA! big mistake. each year your payments go up (have to call local agent because they don't have customer service) only reason I got was "everybody's went up have a good day" *CLICK* and this year guess what yup went up and then the next month went up again. these fools are a joke canceling plan ASAP
worst insurance ever. scammers, March, 2019
Its a joke for them to call themselves an insurance company. Someone T-boned my car and their insured party was at fault. They couldn't tell us if their customer was actually insured and its been a month since anyone has returned my dozens of phone calls to the agent assigned to the claim. I have even left VM with the supervisor and no one calls me or my insurance company back. They actually have been scanning my husbands phone number and hanging up on him when he calls. They are scam artists and they should be put out of business for the shenanigans they are pulling, this is an unacceptable way to conduct business, especially for an insurance company.

Provided useful info and decent quotes
Confusing Coverage explanation, July, 2018
It was explained to me that my car insurance would transfer over to the rental car since I was in an accident and my car was in the shop. I have full coverage and all the extra that I need for this type of issue. When I call and ask if I'm cover my agent said no only if my car was in the shop being repaired. Which it was for 22 days. But she told me my insurance does not cover it, it only covers the rental for collision and so on and forth. Doesn't that mean my insurance would switch over to the rental car while I'm waiting for my car to return from the shop? I'm paying for it but apparently I cant use it for whatever reason. What am I paying for??? So on top of paying my 233 a month for insurance I also have to pay 440 for the insurance on the rental. My agent Alison was very rude and wouldn't explain it properly so I could understand. It seems like I'm paying and covered for it but I'm not able to use it.
