They won't hesitate to take your money, May, 2018
Been with Prudential 37 years. They've always made it very easy to receive your money. They even gave me a 'self-paying' option, where the policy has matured to a point that the interest pays the premiums. But when it comes time to collect on your policy, don't get your hopes up. Was flat out lied to, twice, being told my check was in the mail. 26 days later, and now I have to wait yet another weekend to get ahold of customer service. Seems the agents of this worldwide corporation like to keep 1950's business hours in the 21st Century. But if you'd like to give them money, don't worry. They have an automated system for that.
Take the advice of one whose been around for decades. Ignore inflation, and bury your money in your backyard. Prudential is nothing but a congregation of con-men, always just one step ahead of the law.
Prudential Term, April, 2013
I've had the policy for eight years with no problems. I recently changed the billing from monthly to annual. Customer service was excellent.
Satisfied but not enough, March, 2016

Good customer service. Ease of getting a PERSON to talk to and not a mailbox with Lots of options to choose from
If you have Benefits that include Prudential run!, December, 2018
My policy was through my company. I was involved in a fatal accident which was not at all my fault. I was in a trauma hospital on a trauma floor for over a week. I had multiple skull fractures plus many other injuries. They worry you to death with unnecessary documentation that I was unable to follow up on, because I have brain damage. I slur my words, I don’t remember things that need to get done. Heck, I forget to eat. So what do they do??? They cut me off made me lose my home. I’m having to sell my home because I can’t work. They hired a “doctor” that works for insurance companies to evaluate and the tiny pathetic excuse of a man accused me of making this all up. Prudential, you should be ashamed of yourself. Luckily, I have a lawyer who is sorting them out and lawsuits will be filed. Their customer service case worker people also made it clear that I made to much money. Heck, it’s not my fault you chose that line of work and I had much more advanced education and a solid position which I can NO longer do. What jerks. If your company uses Prudential for ANYTHING do not work there. Your life can change in less than a second and they will not be there to help.
