Worst I have ever had, November, 2017
Drs quitting long waits inability to choose your own Dr and location Dr not providing proper exams test to diagnose. Refusal to treat pain unless you see specialist that take up to six months to see
GI Services, October, 2017
My doctor recommended a colonoscopy. It's been almost a month and I'm told they just are too busy to schedule one for me.
Don't do it, August, 2016
If you have a chronic condition, stay far away. Worst insurance I've ever had. Trying to get prior approval is a nightmare.
Worst Insurance ever, September, 2016
They consistently incorrectly bill me. One case has been going on 3 years still no resolution.
Pres. providers are good for the most part. The Insurance company is HORRID.
Lied to me about my coverage, July, 2019
My policy states I have an $8 brand name drug copay. But Presbyterian has refused to keep their promise and have denied me all brand name prescriptions. I may end up in the hospital because of this. Do not trust them. They are liars and decievers.
Takes advantage of members, May, 2019
I have called multiple time disputing services made without agreement and following charges applied. Performing services claiming an individual is awake and aware obtaining a signature when they are incapacitated is not only unethical but also a violation of NM Statutes.
Most recently (5/13/19 at 3:45pm) I called to verify info and after waiting half an hour on hold the lady hung up on me. Presbyterian seems to want to violate state laws, ignore viable complaints, and still get paid.
I honestly feel that Presbyterian acts criminally in this regards.
Worst insurance , February, 2019
Failed to keep their contract and denied medically nessessary care outside their network even though no physician had the experience in the disease and treatment required. I’m going to another company and will not use Presbyterian Hospital
Scary bad, December, 2018
So last year my husband retired and I’m not old enough yet for Medicare so due to having a presbyterian health center nearby, I chose the bronze cheapest level, that was actually over $600 a month. They promised my a free physical exam. I had my exam then found that I was being charged for it because I discussed my arthritis issues at that time... what the heck? So I get a free physical but I cant discuss my health issues then? They are charging me over $400 for the physical of course I am fighting it, will see what the outcome is....
