    GI Services, October, 2017

My doctor recommended a colonoscopy. It's been almost a month and I'm told they just are too busy to schedule one for me.

    Don't do it, August, 2016

If you have a chronic condition, stay far away. Worst insurance I've ever had. Trying to get prior approval is a nightmare.

    Worst Insurance ever, September, 2016

They consistently incorrectly bill me. One case has been going on 3 years still no resolution.

Pres. providers are good for the most part. The Insurance company is HORRID.

    Worst insurance , February, 2019

Failed to keep their contract and denied medically nessessary care outside their network even though no physician had the experience in the disease and treatment required. I’m going to another company and will not use Presbyterian Hospital

    Either.

Bills are all over the place, November, 2019

Got a bill from them from the ER say my visit first $610 and I owed $195, which is not the 20% my coverage says I'm to pay. Disputed it on MyChart and they said that I had to contact someone else, which isn't available on MyChart so I had to search on their website. Then weeks later, they changed the total to $2617 and now I owe $341, which is under the 20% but the bill jumped up $2000 in a month after getting the first bill. They also said that I haven't paid the co payment that they make you pay before you leave. Their billing and insurance are ridiculous and can only contact them and customer service on the weekdays from 8 to 5, when most people, like myself are working.

Lied to me about my coverage, July, 2019

My policy states I have an $8 brand name drug copay. But Presbyterian has refused to keep their promise and have denied me all brand name prescriptions. I may end up in the hospital because of this. Do not trust them. They are liars and decievers.

Takes advantage of members, May, 2019

I have called multiple time disputing services made without agreement and following charges applied. Performing services claiming an individual is awake and aware obtaining a signature when they are incapacitated is not only unethical but also a violation of NM Statutes.

Most recently (5/13/19 at 3:45pm) I called to verify info and after waiting half an hour on hold the lady hung up on me. Presbyterian seems to want to violate state laws, ignore viable complaints, and still get paid.

I honestly feel that Presbyterian acts criminally in this regards.

    Scary bad, December, 2018

So last year my husband retired and I’m not old enough yet for Medicare so due to having a presbyterian health center nearby, I chose the bronze cheapest level, that was actually over $600 a month. They promised my a free physical exam. I had my exam then found that I was being charged for it because I discussed my arthritis issues at that time... what the heck? So I get a free physical but I cant discuss my health issues then? They are charging me over $400 for the physical of course I am fighting it, will see what the outcome is....

Presbyterian should be brought up on fraud charges, December, 2019

Worst possible choice. Everything is a disaster since I got stuck with presbyterian! The workers get paid....to do absolutely nothing. They are I'll educated and uninformed. They lie every time they open their mouths. Glad the government is wasting so much money for mis allocated funds. Patients are not helped. Employees are paid to lie and negate your needs. Choose ANYTHING but Presbyterian!

Presbyterian should be charged with fraud., November, 2019

Every review says a lot and its all true. I could add a lot more. My healthcare has declined so rapidly! They play a never ending game if "its my turn to pass the ball? No my turn to drop the ball! Is it time for leave or darnit! I have to do paperwork and check off my boxes so that I can get paid while those in my care suffer!" I hope instant karma hits these jackasses where it counts...oh wait...karma... IT WILL! But maybe not in time for anyone having no choice but to rely on these jerks who are being well paid to be inhuman!
