    Excellent Company, November, 2015

    I am very pleased with this company. They are very professional, courteous, and reasonable in their prices. In my every need, they were available promptly, and I was shown the utmost respect.

    Will not use this insurance again, December, 2018

    I was rear-ended while I was parked. I hurt my neck. Even though the accident was not my fault, Plymouth Rock doesn't want me to get my medical bills paid. It's ridiculous. Since I'm not at fault, the at-fault driver's insurance will eventually reimburse them for any medical costs. Yet they are rude, aggressive, and uncaring about my injury.

    Terrible Service, totally ignored my inquries, November, 2018

    Rec'd a letter from Plymouth Rock saying they purchased my policy from 21st Century (who was not handling NY policies any longer). I paid my bill, printed my insurance id card and was surprised to see 21st Century Insurance as the carrier of my insurance when I just paid Plymouth Rock for the coverage. I sent them an email and 5 weeks later have no reply. I tried calling (Saturday at 10am) and got a recording that they're CLOSED!! I just made my 2nd payment but as with the first, their payment portal was not working and after going in and out of their website had to call and make a payment over the phone (no human, just machine). Also just noticed that they added my son on my policy as a driver. Although we live in the same house, he owns& insures 3 cars and has no reason to drive my car. Shouldn't I have been contacted before they add someone to my policy? Disgusted with their lack of response as to why my id card still shows 21st Century as my carrier, yet I'm paying Plymouth Rock. Don't think that's even legal. Now looking for another carrier! Don't know how they get away with ignoring customers inquiries!
