    Great Company, June, 2016

    We were insured in Richland, WA with this company until we sold house and moved. Everything about their local agents and corporate offices went smoothly if I had questions or concerns. They are small enough to still care, and take care of issues promptly!

    Very unhappy with claims, April, 2019

    Up until last night happy, but second claims filed. Took an hour for them to call tow truck even though told them accident just happened and that didn't have all the information yet, continued on with "their claims process" instead of just telling us what to do. After all that, told towing covered but tow company said they were told towing wasn't covered.

    Great experience with Mut of Enumclaw, June, 2014

    We've had a couple of claims with M of E and had no problems collecting. Great customer service and the cost is better than anyone who's tried to outbid them.

    They're great until you have a claim, March, 2019

    We were stopped at a stoplight and rear-ended. it wasn't our fault - even a cop saw it and said we weren't at fault. MOE refused to help us with our claim, treated us like we were the ones at fault, and even taunted us on the phone by saying "We'll pay for a $30 massage and call it good, ok?" No, it isn't ok. We had major medical injuries that needed to be paid. We finally had to get a lawyer and the other (at-fault) insurance paid. We paid back the few medical bills that MOE had covered and kept the remainder of our settlement to pay our out-of-pocket expenses. Then, MOE sues us for our additional settlement! After a very brief phone conversation between MOE and our lawyer, MOE dropped the lawsuit. Sadly, we didn't change insurance companies... you think you won't get struck by lightning twice, right? Six years later, almost to the day, we are stopped at a stoplight and we get rear-ended... in front of a cop. MOE calls us the next day and screams at me that I'm at fault and they won't pay. They refuse to pay our medical bills and we have to get the same lawyer before they will play nice. When we finally got a settlement from the at-fault insurance company, MOE stepped in to take the settlement even though they hadn't paid ANYTHING. Another brief conversation with the lawyer and MOE decided to let us keep the settlement for our out-of-pocket expenses. We dropped them shortly after.
