Have been insured for 2.5 years, been through 2-3 claims and have been pleased. Cost seems to remain compettive.
I'd recommend them as long as you have a good solid agent as well.

$600 down $47 back in less than a month, April, 2019
Integon National Insurance. Paid $600 downpayment for one year liability at $1,900. Three weeks later I canceled because I got a new car and needed full coverage. About a month later I got a check for $47. What I'm I missing here?

We had a foreign insurance scam outfit lighlty hit our car which left a small scratch on our bumper but miraculously totaled their car. Guess who Integon believed? Not their loyal costomer but the scam outfit and they paid to replace their car and doubled my rates.The independent claims adjuster is incredulous and said it was obvious fraud.Just letting you know they will not go to bat for you.

This company has the worst customer service in the buisness. I will be filling a law suite against them. I recommend not doing any buisness with this company. They do not abide ny the law and dont care about there customers.

I allowed my mortgage servicing company to place the insurance because it was the lowest price. I've been a home owner for 40 years, never filed a claim. My policy was paid in full for the year beginning in Nov. 2018. On March 9, i received notice that my policy was cancelled effective March 1, in violation of the contract and state law. I have been trying to reach them for 2 days and have been shuffled around, given multiple phone numbers and still haven't reached them. Apparently, they conduct business from under a rock with no phone service. Good thing I haven't suffered an actual loss.

We paid in full for 6 months. After 4 months we get a bill with a cancelation notice. We paid when due . This time pd again for 6 months in full in June. Just got a bill saying we missed a payment in August and will be canceled the end of October. Of course no phone number that works on weekends.

Worst experience ever, not buy this insurance, just avoid them, this insurance claims service ans respond they just ignore customer and claims and try to make customer pay for it.

I was in an accident where the other party was 100% at fault so this should have been pretty easy for them to handle. It took them a month to inspect my car and declare it totaled when they had possession the entire time. They called and lied to me saying my attorney gave them permission to get a statement from me which I didn't give them because I wanted to confirm and make sure that was true. And good thing I did because they lied. My attorney is pissed brought it up to upper management and they swept everything under the rug. Imagine how crappy it would be to deal with them if you were actually at fault in an accident. Getting rid of them as soon as all of this is over.

If you are involved in an auto accident with someone insured by integon, please be aware that this group is a nightmare. A drunk driver totalled our car on his 4th dui and went straight to jail. The adjuster, tara, at integon avoided our phone calls the entire first week following the accident. The adjuster's supervisor also avoided our calls. No rental was provided until almost 2 weeks after the accident in which then we were only allowed 5 days because that's all they could afford. The adjuster shifted our case to a total loss adjuster who claim paint chips and a window regulator is the reason why our car that was in above average condition for 11 years old was rated as fair on Kelley blue book. Even after we ran it ourselves with a fair rating, it was still more than he was suggesting. The total loss adjuster, Chris, to be precise, had a very nasty attitude over the phone for absolutely no reason. He was very pompous and pushy. The only decent individual was the medical person, adnan who actually behaved like their job is to treat people fairly. Poor, poor overall service. They are quick to mail a check. But, they will try to screw you over big time and make it seem like they did you a favor. I didn't ask to be hit by your drunk driver.

in an accident was not at fault but couldn't prove to them otherwise, they automatically claimed me as being at fault paid for the other persons car and medical and then reformed policy so they did not have to pay me anything for my totaled car. cancelled policy didn't notify me and then reinstated it but I had no insurance for like 5 days. a bunch of shady stuff, just so they didn't have to pay my damages.

Daughter got in front end accident. This happened in May and the adjuster finally came in July to appraise damage. Appraisal came in very low so i got a second opinion There is a lot more damage than appraised. Then they tell me I on top of my $500 deductible that if I use my shop they will only pay 80 percent if I use theirs they will pay 100 percent less my deductible. So finally I am taking my s car on Monday and I will update this when it is done to let you know how it goes.

I bought insurance in beginning June and I asked that it be submitted to DMV. It is August now and still not submitted to DMV. I called several times and Dmv called but nothing done yet.

Since the very first day they recorded, what happened in the accident, they were looking for any little thing, to deny coverage, mine was because they only have my mailing address on file and not the phisical address wich is about 20 miles apart, and. "Cost u less" wich was the broker who filled up the policy did not specify that was critical. I have automatic payments, both my wife and I in the policy, we got the police report of the accident, and driver licence are valids, and still denied. We looking to be able to fill a law suit. Adjuster Jesus Santa Cruz , does not have any ethics as well. They don't want to give you any phone numbers to talk to anyone else.

This is the most worst insurance company in America . They charge over $4500 last year (2017) and this year they increase up to Over $6000. For my Chevy Cruze 2013, they said because I change the address from Branford to New Haven. Immediately I cancel policy just after 3 weeks even though I paid $1100 at the beginning. Now they are asking over $800 ( That mean per one month approximately was cost for me $1900). I got new insurance from different company which is less than $3000 for 12 months. So this was the most disaster company I have eve had for auto. I have been over 20 countries and never had a company like this. ( FYI I had 2 accidents over 18 months ago). I never ever recommend them for anyone.

I am not insured. There insured backed into my parked car while I was sitting in it with my brother. I had witnesses and had pic of his license, insurance card and car w/ license plate. He denied being there even though I have pics. They denied ny claim. I’m going to sue driver and integon. Terrible people. They only take Hugh risk I heard and apparently liars

I am not insured by this company. I was recently involved in an accident where a privately owned ambulance truck scraped the Side of my car. I have been given the runaround for weeks now. Calling these people is useless! They will put you on hold for hours and then transfer you to someone else. I have the police report and whatever else they need but this company is not cooperative. I am 5 months pregnant and this has caused me a tremendous amount of stress. I just need my vehicle repaired, it was their drivers fault!

Customer service polite but not knowledgeable.adjuster rude and not willing to take time to explain. Told me to look up information on my copy of policy after I told him question wasn't answered on policy. I used to work in insurance and this is, by far, the most shameless sham of a company of any kind I have ever had to deal with.

This is not my insurance company, it is the insurance company of the guy that rear ended me while I was stopped at a red light. They have done nothing but give me the run around. The accident was 3 days ago, and they still have not even looked at my car. They are saying possibly next week, which would put it at 6 or 7 days after the accident. The adjuster does not return my phone calls. They say that they are accepting liability for the accident because their insured was at fault. However, they have refused to give me a rental car so that I can go see my doctor. They also informed me that they make absolutely no commitment to pay any medical bills, and that any possibility of payment of any medical bills depends on the dollar value of the damage to my car. Huh????? What does one have to do with the other? And of course, I can't even get the adjuster out to look at the car, so when are we going to figure that out??? I found one of their providers that I could take my car to and have it taken care of immediately, but they say I can't go to them because I have a bodily injury claim, so they have to send one of their field reps out to look at the car. Again, what does one have to do with the other??? Are they just making up the rules as they go along??? I thought that this was going to be a simple case, but they are giving me the total run around and I am stuck without a car to get to work or to medical care because of them. I won't put up with it. I had no intention of suing anybody, but I contacted my attorney today. They can deal with her from now on. I will go rent a car and get to the doctor, and she will make them pay for it. I've had it! They are total crooks!!! Check out the reviews online...all bad. Avoid this company at all costs.

My car was totalled by an at fault driver insured by this company in August 2017 and he was charged with an offence. The company has refused to pay me any money and will not return any emails. I am filing an complaint with the State, but so far am out $26000.

If you can help it, buy insurance somewhere else. They have thee WORST customer service reps, rude and disrespectful and it takes forever for them to process paper work. Lazy, poor service. I’d pay a higher rate not to be treated like garbage.

I bought a integon life policy 35 yrs ago, with my wife being a rider for half my amount. Recently my wife died. After calling their subsidiary co . that now had my policy they declined to honor. in the fine print her rider expired after 20 yrs. I wasn"t aware or notified. They told me that it is not a requirement. Get an lawyer to review any thing they sell you! That's their game in my opinion. I feel like they are con artists. So beware~~!!!!!!!!

Ive been on hold for over 1.5 hours trying to see if my claim has been transfered from national. Who owns them. Lady answered once yelled please hold and just put me back on hold. That was 34 min ago.

This is the worst insurance company ever, I am currently filing a lawsuit againt them for damages I received and they do no wanna pay for despite the police report and witness es, you can never get anyone on the phone, they give you the run around only to place you on hold for another hour, I would not recommend this shady company to anyone
