Very bad experience, June, 2017
I had an accident in which the other driver had Grange insurance. It took them close to 2 months to contact me and discuss the accident and then they are only paying for part of the damage not all. It was very frustrating. I had to use my own insurance to cover the rest of the damage caused by their driver and their claims representative were very rude when it comes to discussing the matter.

I was rear ended and seriously injured by a Grange insured trucking Co that had serious safety violations and should never of been on the highway. The Co. had tags expired for 2 years prior, lots of safety violations ,yet Grange insured them anyway. Been a nightmare and very stressful last 4 yrs filing lawsuits against Grange and we have a jury trial approaching. Grange has a whole team of in house attorneys that fight claims. They are totally unreasonable.. worst insurance around. Their attorneys have openly lied to the Court, encouraged their insured to lie and fabricate Falsified inspection documents, and have committed Fraud on the Court, by submitting counterfeit docs. I feel more victims need to come forward and hire a fighting trial attorney(not a settlement attorney) and sue this dishonest Insurance Co. Knowledgeable victims can also file bad faith lawsuits against Grange( many states have these provisions now), and file complaints with their states dept of insurance oversee-ers
DON'T USE GRANGE!!!, March, 2018
DO NOT USE THIS INSURANCE COMPANY!!!!! We just had a comp claim due to an accident with a deer. The damage was WELL below blue book and yet they REFUSE to repair it. We were advised the adjuster said he was going to total it before he even looked at it. They have NO compassion, they WILL NOT listen to or reason with you. They know they hold all the cards and are powerless against them. They couldn't care less about what you want or need. They ONLY care about what is in their best interests - period!!!!!
Hard to Find Help, December, 2015
Good luck trying to find anyone to speak to you and answer your questions. My agent was gone for a full 7 days without someone else assigned to handle my claim. When I tried to reach the receptionist to answer some general questions, it would only go to her voicemail. Waste of time and frustrating.

The claims adjuster helped navigate me through the mess that is a car accident. The advice and knowledge shared made the experience an easy one. Very glad to have a policy with Grange.

I worked with Michael Overton on my claim and he was wonderful. He was kind, quick, and very detailed. He always got back to me quickly, even when I had a million questions. Grange, as a whole, has given me excellent customer service over nearly a decade now. I can't recommend them enough.

Very quick with initial call. I received the call from the adjuster on time. I took the car to the body shop, the employee very efficient and cordial. I couldn't be more pleased so far. Thank all of you.

I feel like I have received good rates from Grange and every incident I have had has been taken care of professionally, and I don't believe the incidents have affected my rates, for which I am truly grateful. If this treatment continues, I will likely be a continuing customer.

I had a great experience with the 1st agent that contacted me, her name was Jessica Turner. She was prompt in returning calls and e-mails. The great service broke down after my vehicle was totaled. I was transferred to a Jeanette who boasted 21 years of experience, but not much in the way of communication and customer service. I sent proof of tax paid for my replacement vehicle and followed up with calls and emails to Jeanette to be sure it was received. After not hearing I went back to Jessica who promptly took got back to me with an answer. Then the tax reimbursement check amount was incorrect. I tried Jeanette again, but never heard boo, so I went back to Jessica whom apologized for the error and said the rest of the tax reimbursement would come in 3-5 days. Jessica Turner is an asset to Grange and gives clients the reassurance in their insurance company. I have never made a claim before. I am on the fence of keeping Grange for my car insurance. I guess I would need to be assured that Jessica would handle my claim.

Was hit by one of there customers and they treated me so good and made the whole process painless. They rented me a car and got my truck fixed at a shop of my choosing. Thinking of switching my personal insurance to Grange

They are cheap but you get what you pay for. They will not budge. They claimed I was late every month. Due date is due date one day later is late. They send you a cancellation notice. The lady shamed me like I was a little kid. I've never had a claim with them. Pay my bill every month.
