Worst Insurance customer service ever, October, 2018
Cincinnati cancelled just my homeowners, not auto or umbrella, two weeks prior to renewal due to their inability to provide proper billing and communication for $88 jewelry schedule after paying them over $7,000 over two years.
No loyalty to long-time custiomers, May, 2018
After 40 loyal years with the Cincinnati Insurance Company and only a couple of claims, your company gives me 30 days notice and drops my coverage because I have...get this...too many sheep in my flock. I've had basically the same flock size (15-20) for the past nine years. Nothing had changed.
Amazing company when you need it the most, January, 2017
when I went to file my claim I was scared to find myself in a bad spot left out to dry because of prior experience with insurance providers. I felt taken care of and that I had a company looking out for me for once, I would recommend Cincinnati to anyone
