Comany shows disregard in handling of customer's p, August, 2019
I continue to receive promotional materials and mailers from this company, even after multiple requests have been made. Based on my experience in how this company shows disregard towards customer's personal and private information, I will not be doing business with this company.

Find another Insurance Company, June, 2017
This place is awful. They do not know how to cancel your insurance and will be dealing with it a year later. Customer service is awful. Was told they are right customer is wrong. When your the customer reaching out to them and nobody is reaching out to you not sure how that is great customer service!!!

No follow through on a claim, December, 2016
It has been over a month since a policy holder of American Family damaged my home. They have called once to say a claim was opened over a month ago but not a word since. Their insurance agent has have failed to return over a dozen calls.

My car was legally parked on the side of a very wide road and hit by a driver insured by American family( along with a se cons car). The incident occurred 11 weeks ago, I still don't have a car. They are trying to say their client "passed out" and are "investigating". How long can that possibly take? Either it happened or it didn't, either way their client hit two parked cars and they should cover it, this company has no moral compass.

They have been good to us, helpful and informative. They have alway let us know what was new and if there was something that we needed.
