A retired FBI special agent is not eligible to purchase USAA insurance or use any of USAA services based on their affiliation with the FBI. If a retired FBI special agent falls under any of the below specifications they are able to purchase USAA insurance. The following information is from the USAA website at: https://www.usaa.com/

USAA membership is open to:

Individuals who are currently serving in the U.S. Air Force, Army, Coast Guard, Marines, Navy, National Guard and Reserves.

Those who have retired or separated from the U.S. military with a discharge type of honorable.
Widows, widowers and un-remarried former spouses of USAA members who had USAA auto or property insurance while married and individuals whose parents have or had USAA auto or property insurance.
Cadets and midshipmen at U.S. service academies, in advanced Reserve Officer Training Corps or on Reserve Officer Training Corps scholarship, plus officer candidates within 24 months of commissioning.
