Why am I not able to laminate my medicare card?

You are most certainly able to laminate your Medicare card BUT. it is very important that you sign the card first. Since your Medicare card is not valid unless it is signed, if you chose to laminate the card without signing it first the card would become null and void.

Sign first, then laminate!
