She is great.
Wow what a great agent. I leased my first car about two years ago and had no idea what do to at all. I called her and she walked me through the process so nicely. She told me exactly what buttons to press online on Geico’s website and what type of coverage i should select (because there are so many many choices I really had no idea what I need and what was legally required or not). And in the end, she got me the best lowest rate i have ever heard of and I compared with my friends too – i really do have the lowest rate. I am very happy with geico = so far I only had one incident where I smashed my door and the process was so smooth.

I loved it; very convenient.
I really love her! Her office hours are very flexible. She almost always answers her phone right away when I call her. She is very informative and explains a lot when I see her in the office. Normally, my parents are the first people to wish me a happy birthday, but on my 21st birthday, Ms. Mullaly was the first to do so and offered me reduced car insurance!
Also, the employees in her office are very friendly and welcoming and are always there to help. They were very helpful when it came to transferring my insurance from California to New York when I moved from Los Angeles to Westchester a few years ago. They really did a good job of explaining why rates vary from state to state. They can really be trusted, depended and relied on.

A great savings in insurance savings, but lacking personalization.
My husband and I wanted to change carriers after our previous carrier’s rates hit the roof. Each six month renewal period, we experienced an increase of an average $200. This quickly got unreasonable; especially considering we had no claims or accidents/tickets to affect our rate. The renewal notice always included a bland letter saying the rate increase is due to overall claims on our vehicle in our state.
We did some quote research and found Geico gave us the most reasonable quote. I also did some research on customer reviews, finding more positive reports than I expected. We bit the bullet, and went to the only Geico agent in our region.
We went on a Saturday evening, an hour before their closing. The office was small and very simple, with several workers handling phone calls. The agent also was busy. We waited for about 25 minutes until she was free to get us going on the policy. The office staff speak predominately Spanish, but spoke clear English and were very friendly. It took less than 10 minutes to get our policy active and paid for. We received directions on how to cancel the other carrier. They gave us a packet of our policy documents and cards, and greeted us on our way.
We have now been with Geico for 2 years, only a rock chip claim filed, no increases in premium (not even a $1!!!). We have nothing but satisfaction with our decision. The glass claim was easy to get through. I filed the claim using the website, it took 2 minutes. I was able to choose any glass provider I wanted (I choose Safelite), and was able to schedule an appointment right there for two days later. The claim was paid in full with nothing owed by us nor any impact to our policy. The repair is not visible.
We are happy with the policy Weezie and her office staff have provided us with.
