1. I was switched to this insurance agent when my insurance agent retired, and Mr. Calhoun then took over all of my agent’s clients. It’s really been a pleasure from the beginning. He took time to communicate with each person during the transition and offered to look over our plan and see if what we had was working, and what was best for us. Whenever I’ve needed to add a car, or remove something we didn’t deem necessary it’s always been very simple. I don’t feel like I’m being upsold or forced into a plan or additives that I don’t want. Mr. Calhoun has office assistants who work for him and they’re as equally helpful, but he frequently handles everything himself. It is great though to know that the office staff is as capable as he is. State Farm offers many different types of plans, yet when I call they don’t try to sell me into something else of theirs, and they’re always looking for ways where we can get discounts without sacrificing coverage. Any claims I’ve ever had to make were handled for me by the office as well, so I’m not having to sit on the phone for hours answering the same questions over and over. Also, once a year they’ll call just to make sure our plan is still working for us and offer to take a look at it to see if there’s a way to improve on it. All in all I’ve really just had a great experience with Mr. Calhoun, and I’m ultimately very happy that he took over all of previous agent’s clients!”
