When I recently was involved in an auto collision that required both a health and a physical property claim, Anne was very helpful in navigating through all the ins and outs of the process. I had never had a health claim with regard to an auto accident and she was extremely helpful in pointing out the forms that I needed to be completed and the steps I needed to take to get through the difficult time. After the accident, it was a difficult time handling all of the calls to the other insurance company, medical bills, auto bills, and the like and yet when you are in that spot it is good to have someone who is in your corner and can help you through. The questions I asked were answered quickly and professionally and I am glad to say the experience is behind me.
