   In general, we have had excellent service from both this agent and State Farm

   I have only rarely directly interacted with the primary agent in this office. Almost all of my interactions have been over the phone, unless I needed to be present to sign paperwork. From what I can tell in calling the office, there are two others who work in the office with the primary agent, and they are the ones who have done most of the work for me. One of these staff members is excellent, and has always been able to quickly assess my needs and provide me with whatever I was looking for, whether it was changes to existing policies or adding on additional coverage. The other lady in the office is not as good. In the past, when I leased a new car, she cancelled the policy on my previous car, even though I had not traded it in. It could have been an error, but my main problem with this was that it was done without contacting me. I was later able to get this resolved, and I remain very satisfied with this agent’s office overall.
