In May we had to file a homeowners claim due to a severe hail storm that broke some windows and tore up our roof. We called him right away after the storm and immediately he was able to give us all the information and phone numbers we needed and discussed what the whole process would be. Every time we have called him he has known right off who he is talking to and he never sounds as if we are bothering him or anything.
In the past we have had questions regarding our policies and he has been completely honest to what would work best for us. My parents have even switched over to him as their insurance agent (after having the same agent for over 30 years!!) and have been very pleased also.
