The ole bait and switch! Purchased a policy from Daniel here at a great rate after being very reluctant to do so after being with my current insurance provider for 10+ years. After canceling my old insurance and having to call Daniel (state farm) to make sure my policy had been issued and good to go, I was informed that it had been issued and I was good to go. This is when things got interesting!
Two days later I recieved a call from Daniel stating that my policies price had raised considerably and he recommended I call my previous insurance company and have my insurance policy reinstated and he would refund my money. I understand things happen and prices could change but heres my problem!
After calling my previous insurance company to reinstate my policy they informed me that my policy had a lapse now and my price would go up due to my lapse in coverage. So not only did I lose my coverage with state farm, now I have to pay a higher monthly premium due to Daniel’s/ state farms incompetence.
Needless to say I’m not very happy with this company!
Before you make a payment and cancel your insurance make sure they’re not doing the ole bait and switch to get you into a higher premium. Unbelievable!”

I was very disappointed to stumble across your negative review of our office. Stating that we have never returned your phone calls is shocking. We answer or return all phone calls received before 5pm before we leave for the day. We are not perfect, but also strive to do the same with emails. If you have emails that you have not received a response from us please forward them to me again because this is very concerning. Our office email is [email protected] and it is monitored on a daily basis. Our goal is that every customer email is followed up on with either a phone call or email before we leave for the day. My office hours are 9am-5pm but myself and my staff have never denied a customer an opportunity for an evening or weekend appointment. I met with a business owner this very evening at 8pm because that was the only time he was available to review his policies. We also meet clients often on Saturdays when it is requested. In regards to finding another agent closer to your home that will offer you better deals – all State Farm agents offer the same products at the same price. If you are unhappy with our service and would like to be transferred to another agent simply call or email and we will be happy to assist you. “

He has been very unclear with me and my expectations.
I chose to get my insurance with Jim due to a recommendation. He has not returned my phone calls and has disappointed me every step of the way. My friend recommended I get my insurance through him due to the great deals that State Farm continuously offered. However; I have come to realize that those deals were not offered to me and I can easily go to a State Farm agent that is closer to my house. The office staff for Jim fluctuates and I never know who I will get on the phone in the next day. The office is not open during hours that satisfy me as well because I work throughout the day and am unable to answer the phone. I rarely receive an email back and am disappointed that they do not have weekend hours.
