1. While he was good to work with in the beginning, and very responsive when we were purchasing, since then we do not hear from them. The only time we do hear from them is to set an appointment to try and sell more life insurance. They are slow at answering questions and difficult to work with in the phone. They constantly want to work though Email, but it’s so much slower and is very inefficient. When we went in to talk to him he asked a lot of personal questions about what we do for a living and how much money we have. It felt like I was being interviewed. I would not go back again. Their prices have gone up recently, so I am not sure if we are going to stay with them. We tried setting up a box to track my driving for a discount but it did not work out. It was too complicated to use. Overall they haven’t done anything to make me too mad, I just haven’t had a great experience. I am worried about the quality of other insurance companies if I leave.

2. They are very responsive whenever I have a question. They know me on a first name basis, which is something that is not normal anymore. They seem more like a partner to my life than a product that I buy. It is great to know I have such a good team on my side. I have purchased renters, car, and now house insurance through their agency. The only negative thing I can say about them is that they do call on occasion wanting to review my policies. This is a sales attempt, but is something normal in their industry. I wish they would not do that, but it provides them with more revenue to continue being a partner for my insurance needs. Overall I am very happy with my experience with them.
