1. I had transferred my policy over to this agent due to the fact that my parents have been with him for years, and highly recommended him. Not only did I receive a significant cost savings when I switched, they were very flexible with payment options and due dates in order to work around my pay schedule. My job only pays twice a month, so it is difficult to arrange payment arrangements due to the awkward schedule. My parents have multiple vehicles as well as their home insured with this agent as well. I was in a severe auto accident six months ago, and I could not be more pleased with the benefits my basic policy offered. Since I was the only vehicle involved, the accident was ruled to be my fault. Even though I was ruled at fault, I still receive lost wages due to being unable to work because of my injuries. After 7 broken bones (including my neck), a partial finger amputation, and 3 surgeries, my insurance has and continues to cover all of my medical as well as rehabilitation costs. I am reimbursed for mileage for those who drive me to and from appointments, and my mother (who has taken care of me ever since the accident) is also compensated for her time invested in doing the things that I cannot do for myself. I recommend to anyone who is looking for insurance to invest their trust in this agency. I will continue to carry my policy and any future policies with them, especially with the personalized attention and care I have received from them after such a traumatic incident.
