   I have had several instances where their services was less than expected. I chose this insurance agent because I had a friend who worked for him. Upon my next renewal after she left his office, my rates went up. They were quick to take care of the claim on my husbands vehicle when he wrecked it but, when he rearended someone in my vehicle they were slow to respond. I have asked numerous times for my policy information to be sent to me via email because their system won’t allow me to download it. In our last rental, we found a mold problem in the air ducts that was making my family sick. We were told by specialists that anything that was porous and couldn’t be cleaned, had to be thrown out. We threw everything out but then were told that our Renter’s insurance didn’t cover the mold issue because it wasn’t a busted pipe. They don’t give me the time of day when I do get a body on the phone or need extra information on anything. My husband doesn’t want to switch because our current rates are decent.
