My experience with Jon has been really positive. I was originally introduced to him through a family member, and I have no complaints. Whenever I’ve had questions about my policy, or other policies that I’ve considered getting, he’s been able to answer them. He’s willing to take time on the phone or in person to make me feel confident in the decision I’m making. I was very impressed, when I switched from Homeowners to Renters insurance last year, with how he assessed my needs to make sure that I was getting the appropriate amount of coverage. He’s the primary insurance agent for my immediate family and most of my extended family. His rates are reasonable, and he doesn’t try to oversell you on coverage that you don’t need or don’t want. That level of integrity is extremely important to me.
