1. I was looking for insurance and asked my Dad what he thought I should get. He told me he had a friend that he has his insurance with that would be a good match for me. I decided to give Ron Mills a call and decided I liked him from the start. He took the time to talk to me and explain what the process of getting the insurance I needed and was helpful in getting all the paper work in order. He has been my agent for about three years now and have never had to file a claim with him yet. I have had to call him a few times to explain a few small details with things like small changes in my policy and the reasons for prices on the items I had in my policy. I like the fact that he is local and If I do not want to talk over the phone I can always show up at his office and talk to him face to face and that give me a since of personal service. I know he will be there if and when the time comes that we need to use the insurance that we have bought from him and I am sure it will be no problem filing a claim as he has explained the process even though I have never had to use it. He is also a valued member out our community and that shows me he works well with others and makes me feel better that he is my insurance agent. “
