Jack was able to cover all of our needs, home, auto and even coverage for an out of town rental home we owned. Our initial appointment (after communicating a couple times via email and phone) was at our home in the evening, at our convenience. He made sure there were no gaps and educated us about our options. He also made recommendations about the properties that could lead to more savings.
Policy changes are made lickety split and Jack is always available by phone or email for anything we want to talk about. He even personally sends birthday emails to my husband and I.
We have only had one claim and Jack walked me through everything I needed to do and kept track of our progress even though Safe-Co actually handled the claim. Each year he shops prices for us and makes sure we are getting all the discounts we can.
