1. This agent helped us get the best policy for our home within our budget. We are also hoping to purchase Auto insurance once my husband’s tickets fall off his record and we can get more affordable coverage with Allstate than Geico. We could also purchase our Life insurance with this agent when we choose to do so. Our agent and her other workers are all very pleasant to work with on the phone and patient and understanding about what we feel our needs are. No one is ever pushy and they are very efficient on the phone. Their prices are much more affordable than other local agents that we have contacted in the area. We plan on working with them for a long time and keeping a solid insurance needs relationship.

2. When I have had car claims, the insurance adjuster was great. One time he tracked my down at college in order to view the damage to my vehicle. I had a crazy schedule that day and he kept in constant contact with me, letting me know when he would be in the area and finding out where I was. On other occasions the adjuster came to my house. They were able to cut me a check right then and there. When I hit a deer, I called my insurance company first to be sure which company to use for towing. When my 2 year old son wrote on my van with a rock, they went out of their way to find a loop hole in my policy that would cover the damage.
