1. A friend who works for them referred us years ago. I have known her since grade school and the prices were very comparable to others. When first considereing this agent i was worried due to the size of the company, but was won over by the level of personal service and ease of communicating with the office. They also accept all forms of payments, either online or in person. I had a easy time of getting renters insurance years ago and them switching to homeowners with them. Car insurance is also easy as far as changes in coverage or reporting claims. My wife has had a claim for an auto accident and they helped her all the way through including communicating with the garage and the other insured personand their company.They have always been very honest and forthcoming with any and all questions.They also provide health and life services which i currently do not have, but have considered. The office is open and easy to get to and you are always greeted when entering and helped almost instantly. They also go comparisons when insurance renews and inform you if there is a better price of higher quality product that may fit better for you. I started with just an auto policy and then my wife joined with her policy and then we got a renters policy and have enjoyed this company for many years and hope it continues for many more years. Finally I would say if I had to do it all over I would choose this company again.
