1. She is a very nice and friendly person who helped us choose which policy to go with for our car insurance. She is really knowledgeable in her field and helped to answer all the questions we had regarding insurance. She not only helped us select which insurance policy to go for, but also helped us complete the necessary paper work and helped us to set up a payment date each month. We would recommend her to family and friends! Going in we had a lot of questions and concerns with insurance – she made us feel welcome and answered everything in a nice way and showed that she was skilled in the field of insurance. She helped us get our insurance cards and really made us feel special. She is great!”

2. I was new to the area and needed to transfer my insurance from another state. Jane made it incredibly easy and actually saved me money on my car insurance policy! I am able to call her with any questions I have and she is always there to answer. I think I got the best deal in Tampa with selecting State Farm and Jane’s services. I haven’t had to make a claim since I moved here a year ago, but Jane is always in contact with me about my policy. If there are any changes or new packages that State Farm has, Jane will issue me an email and let me know. I don’t think any other insurance company has ever done that with me. Jane wants me to save money, which is a new concept for me with an insurance company.

3. For the most part the relationship with this agent and her staff has been good. There have been times where the relationship has been strained. This has not been on an insurance related matter but personality mismatch between agent’s staff member and insured. When filing claims, asking for assistance, it seeemd as if the staff involved seemed to be fishing for answers. This lead to some anxiety the issue could and would be addressed. The problem solving re insurance billing and payments were easily solved and there has been no issues with payments since establishing automatic payments. There are issues with the payments being processed in 30 day increments. Some months the payment is double billed and paid. There really seems to not be a good solution to this issue. All in all the service and the policy has met our needs.
