It's been less than stellar.
They were the only people that would insure us, but its so expensive and they’ve changed policies and prices on us several times. Generally speaking I would recommend them if you have solid credit/record. John’s a nice guy. But the company it’s self, State Farm, is kind of a turd.
We’ve had an accident in the past where someone hit my wife and drove off. We tried to claim through them. But they made it clear if we didn’t get it fixed ourselves. That our payments were going to skyrocket in the future.
I’m glad they were up front with us. But what’s the point of having insurance? We got hit, we weren’t a fault. Generally speaking it was just disappointing. Not John’s fault inherently. But State Farm ties his hands more often than I’d like.
