Had to make a claim for a car accident that had happened. Called the agency first to tell them. We discussed, which we were also in discussions about the price since went for a while without accident and price always the same. They say they will help and call you back and can go days without a call from them which is definitely frustrating. Other than that, alright to deal with and to use. Out of the local options they do compete against other locals well for the price thats needed to pay. Other than that, it is basically average in all regards I can think of really. Car insurance just needs to be owned so its better than the General when we were insured through them so not too bad I guess really overall.
