Sam has always been friendly. He goes above and beyond to make me feel valued and in control of how much I pay and that all my needs are met. He works with me on making payments even if I need to make them late. He sends birthday cards to my entire family, and sends us Christmas cards every year. He calls and checks in with me to see if I need anything when my policy renews. I’ve had a great experience overall working with Sam and his staff. I never feel like I’m being bothersome or intrusive when I go into the office or have to call and ask questions. The offices are always clean and inviting. The staff is always friendly. They even have a kids play area in the office if I ever need to bring my kids with me.
