I was referred to this agency by a friend. Why they referred me is beyond my understanding. First of all, the receptionist has no personality and stares at everyone who walks through the door. If you need something or have a question she sits behind her desk, completely hanging out. Very unprofessional in my opinion. One of the owners of the agency brings their dog to work with them. He is small enough, but again, not very professional. The other owner is always hanging outside by the entry door with a cigarette hanging out of her month. She has no personality and will tell you whatever you want to hear, just to get the sale. I am very disappointed with this insurance agency. If this is what Farmers Insurance represents, then I don’t want to have any of my policies with them.
