We purchased general liability and workers compensation insurance from this agency for my husband’s business. We have really struggled with the workers compensation side of it because they ask for an estimate of wages for workers for the upcoming policy term then the wages reported are adjusted when the true numbers are submitted. We ended up paying over one thousand dollars extra for adjusted wages from the business. The entire experience has been a nightmare and I felt had I been more educated by my agent and had things been better explained to me in the beginning we could have made different choices along the way and avoided a lot of the problems we have had. I am a bit disappointed in the agent and the agency for not making more of an effort to be helpful in that aspect. Most of what I have learned I have had to teach myself.
