Jay Janese was extremely helpful when he was selling me the insurance coverage and bundled everything together for me so I could receive a discount. He’s always been good in person but I’ve had some issues with Jay and his staff not following through on certain things. They never mail out an updated car insurance card even though I asked them, repeatedly, to send one out on time.
Jay also calls me into his office to try and up-sell me on occasion which I don’t appreciate. My wife and I fell” for this once because we thought we actually needed to go into the office and meet with him about an issue. We were disappointed and a bit upset when we found out he was just trying to sell us more life insurance. Similarly, his office also sends out mailings that make me think I don’t have enough coverage even though I do.
