I have met with Jill twice now, my husband has met her a few others times. She does a great job determining our insurance needs. We actually need to go meet with her again about adding another life insurance policy. I feel like maybe we don’t pay the cheapest rates for insurance out there but the cost is reasonable and definitely worth it when you add in a great agent. My husband was also recently in an accident and it was the other person’s fault and Jill was very helpful. Enterprise tried to charge us for insurance on the rental car after they assured my husband that all those fees would be paid for by insurance from the accident. She worked with us for months to get rid of that charge, even threatening to not send Enterprise any more business from her office. They did eventually drop the charge.
