1. Roger Baker has been absolutely great to me. My last insurance provider was Progressive and they decided to end my insurance without advance notice. I received my termination letter on the week I was on vacation. When I came back it was a Saturday evening and I was told my insurance would expire on that Sunday. I called around everywhere looking for a way to get insurance, but no one would take me until at least Monday. I didn’t want to have a gap in my insurance since it would raise my rates, and I was just in panic. Finally, my dad told me to call Roger so I gave him a call. Once again, there was nothing he could do until Monday. However, he told me not to worry and he would deal with the insurance so that the gap in my time wouldn’t affect my price range at all. I was incredibly happy with this. I did have to pay a couple dollars more a month simply because that is what State Farm’s rates were, but at least they aren’t going to cancel my insurance due to a screw up on their end.

   For the record, the reason why my insurance was canceled is because Progressive can’t pay attention. My father has two names he goes by. They asked me to fill out a form stating that the person wouldn’t be driving my car, and my father put his real signature on it with his real name. I kept telling them the person was the same person, but they would not believe me. Roger from State Farm believed me.
