In August 2015 we decided to return to PA after spending 18 months in FL. At that time we needed to get a good auto insurance policy that wouldn’t cost us more than what we were paying. After spending time on the internet searching, this agent’s name came up. At first we were hesitant because of a past experience, but were pleasantly surprised when I called to ask for a quote. Initially the agency wasn’t going to honor the online quote, and came up with another one that was completely different from what we were quoted. . I sent copies to them showing what we were quoted, and were given the policy at that price. There were several missteps along the way, but in the end we were able to get the policy we wanted for the price we were quoted. Overall I would say this is a good agent/agency, just make sure you do your own legwork and keep copies of everything when dealing with them.
