Mary has done a great job managing my insurance. She was super helpful when I was involved in a minor automotive accident, and has done a great job at helping me keep my rates down with special offers and discounts. She has been my mother’s agent for many years, and has served our family well over the years. She has helped my mom with her homeowner’s insurance as well as auto, and life insurance.
A few minor complaints. First, her office staff can be a bit confused and error prone. Secondarily, and this is not Mary’s fault herself, Farmers is really bad about sending out multiple sets of paperwork and bills. I feel like I get 8 letters in the mail a month from them that aren’t particularly material to my coverage.
