Miguel is great to work with we’ve had zero issues getting into contact with him anytime the need to get a hold of him arrives. Anytime we’ve had issues or questions with pricing he’s been able to get us a reduction on our monthly statement. He also gets in contact with us very quickly and breaks down what services we need and why. When we had an unexpected accident when our child got her license at 16, Miguel called to see how she was and asked how she was and if everything was alright. To me he seemed very genuine and caring, this is why even despite paying a high monthly fee, we’ve decided to stay with Farmers. We received a check after totaling the vehicle’s damage and were able to quickly get the car repaired and back on the road. We haven’t had any issues with our daughter driving ever since.
