Steve Keeney has been our insurance agent for just about twenty years now. Originally we got him for our homeowners insurance, but when MetLife trippled our auto insurance, we switch that too to McDowall and Keeney. Our insurance under MetLife trippled when we added our 18 year old son and at the same time added a new car. The new rates were more than our mortgage on our 5 acre farm!!! I called Steve to let hime know what our problem was. I wanted to combine our homeowners and auto with Kemper, thinking that would do the trick. Steve Keeney found a better solution for us, saving more than a combo of home and auto would. He said that Mercury insurance had particulary good rates for young drivers. They even had a discounted plan of sorts for kids who live in the dorms at uni during the year. He saved us over $500 per month!!! So greatful.
