1. About four to five years ago, I bought my first car, a 2004 Honda S2000. Unfortunately, my parent’s insurance company would not cover this car regardless of the conditions. Therefore, my employer at the time recommended Statefarm because their agent was renting a building from him. I reached out to Stephanie and she not only covered the car, but gave me a great price that was better than all of the competitors. I remained with Statefarm for 3 years with no accidents or tickets. Then, when I was purchasing a house, I began to shop for house insurance. This shopping allowed me to see that I was greatly overpaying for car insurance. I reached back out to Stephanie and showed her the prices that were being offered to me. I explained that I had Statefarm for three years with no faults, and my insurance had actually risen! She blew me off multiple times stating that there was nothing she could do and that Statefarm had some of the best coverage. She was unwilling to add in discounts or keep me as a customer, therefore, I cancelled my coverage. I will never use Statefarm again.

2. Stephanie and her office have been very helpful to me throughout the entire auto insurance process. When I needed to get initially insured she was able to provide me with by far the best rate and coverage plan compared to everyone else. She also helped me get all the various discounts and other perks that I could. When I purchased a new car she was very helpful in getting the insurance carried over to that vehicle. I had to give my car up due to bankruptcy and Stephanie helped me with having my insurance suspended for up to 6 months while I waited to get a new vehicle. This was a great relief because I thought I would have to totally cancel my insurance then start over again later. Overall this is a very effective and professional agent with a great staff and I would highly recommend her to anyone seeking auto insurance.
