We are very pleased with our insurance company. We have been with them for many years. Owner, Harry Lowe has gone out of his way to help us find the best and most affordable insurance coverage. As our family has grown and grown, he and his company have gone above and beyond the call of duty. They have no problem working the problem to find a way to make us happy. It started with Harry himself, and then he passed the torch to Debbie, and now finally his son. We’ve had three more children, we’ve moved several times, been in scores of accidents and changes in our financial situation. We joined the company because my wifes parents have worked with them for so many years, and then it was just a great fit for us to start working with them. Even though we are not the richest people, and probably make no money for the company, they still make us feel like we’re their number one customer. They even came out to my house one time to take pictures of my car when we were hit by a deer. They made sure my wife was okay, and made sure that our car was fixed quickly an very professionally in no additional cost to us. I love this company. It is a bit of a mom and pop place, but I feel strongly that you can’t possible get this type of family treatment from one of the big national chains. Enough said.
