I have been with Bill Solberg for 20 years. He has provided me amazing customer service and is always there to answer questions. I just recently moved to central CA and was worried that I would have to find a new person. Bill assured me that he could still be my agent even if I wasn’t living in the same city. He and his staff have been really responsive to me since moving even though all of our interactions have been on the phone. I have both auto and renters insurance with State Farm. Bill was able to help me add renters insurance to my policy and worked with my apartment complex to get it approved. I appreciate all his hard work and making me a priority. When my car got into an accident and I was leaving for a work trip, Bill worked with me to get the claims done along with all the work on my car so it would be ready when I was back. It was a seamless process.
I am a young college student that recently moved to California and was very nervous and confused when it came to purchasing car Insurnace (sic) and bill at state farm was an absolutely amazing help!
