1. My experience with the agent was excellent. I have used Geico for years but under my mothers policy. this was my first time looking to get a policy on my own. i was very shaky because i wasn’t really sure what kind of insurance to get. Everyone in this agents office was very nice and helpful. Frank himself was a great help guiding me through the entire process of choosing a policy. I feel like he definitely had my best interest in mind and try to make sure to find me a policy according to my needs instead of just trying to find me the most expensive policy he could. he explained to me why was it important to chose and cover my car with the amounts that I did and im extremely happy and feel very secured with my policy.

2. Involvement has been minimal. Basically I knew I wanted to go with a large, reputable company for my auto insurance so I compared prices across Geico and a couple of other carriers. I liked Geico’s price and the ease of use of their website and mobile app. This agent helped me sign up but the assistance that I needed was minimal.

   Another interaction I had with this office, but not with this specific agent, came about one month ago. I called the office because I wanted to obtain a copy of my driving record, something that I thought would be standard practice for calling my insurance agency. However, the representative in the office told me that she could not pull the info and that I would need to get it from the DMV. This was not a great experience as I am sure that they can pull my driving record. But since it was not an experience with this specific agent, I still rate my satisfaction with the agent at a 4.

3. Very positive. Provided with a competitive rate with several options, was able to choose the plan that best fit my needs. The plan was affordable and in the few instances where I have had to rely on the plan I have found it to be very helpful.

   When my car broke down I called my insurance company, I was provided with fast and friendly service. The response was prompt, my coverage included a tow. The tow driver came and picked me up and took the car and myself to the auto shop. I was very impressed.

   When it has come time to renew the process has been pain free and convenient. If I get in to an accident I am very confident that my coverage will live up what was sold to me by my agent. For that I am thankful”
