1. Jason Sengpiehl and his team in Purcellville have truly personalized the insurance process and continue to exceed my expectations. I found Jason when moving to the area by simply calling everyone and getting quotes. I went with the lowest, and sure enough that’s how our relationship grew.

   Since that day, I have changed and added plans, been helped through one major accident, and regularly just pop in to his office to say hi. Never once in my experience with him have I been on hold or had to wait for a thing. The human to human interaction is wonderful and instead of you waiting on hold to get answers, they will actually wait in your place and then let you know when everything is ready.

   Honestly, insurance doesn’t really excite me and isn’t a forethought in my mind most of the time. However, Jason continues to increase my expectations for what all insurance agents should aspire to.

2. I grew up in the town of Purcellville, so I wanted to find an agent who was close to my ‘home roots.’ Mr. Sengpiehl was suggested to me by a friend so I visited his office for a quote. Immediately, he presented himself with a warm and professional demeanor. He seemed to really want to get to know me and my needs and provide me with exactly what I needed, nothing more, nothing less. He did not try to push sales on me that were things I would not need. I felt like he really took my needs into consideration and worked hard to get me the most affordable options. As a single mom, I cannot afford a lot, so he took that into consideration and really was an advocate in trying to get me the services I needed at an affordable cost. He is accessible and available to me as a customer and never takes more than an hour or two to respond to me if I need something or have a question.
