When I bought my used 1999 Honda Civic LX I needed insurance. I wasn’t satisfied with my previous insurance company, so I asked around. My uncle recommended Don Coppedge Insurance to me. I could had did it over the phone but I decided to go in and talk to them face to face. I wanted to make sure they are reliable people before I do business with them. I didn’t even call ahead and just walked in. Cynthia was at the front desk and greeted me as I walked in. She took me to her office and we talked about why I was there and what I need. She let me finish talking before making a series of recommendation. She knew from our conversation that I don’t want to spend a lot so she tried her best to give me all the discounts I was qualify for. Eventually we worked out a policy that I was very happy with. 15 years later, I still own and driving that Honda Civic, and I still come in to the office to make the monthly payment in person. Whenever I see Cynthia she always give me a hug and ask me about me, my uncle, and my family. I love that interaction and the care she show. Oh and they give you a nice calendar every year too.
