Jeremy is very attentive to his work, never takes more than an hour or so to return a call. He never loses his cool even in situations that are stressful. He has helped me through a very bad total loss and a car break in with very minimal fuss. I am thankful for his help because he is more helpful than other representatives and claim holders at the company line. I have tried to solve a billing issue I had with the company system through the 1800 number and could never get it solved. It was a two month long headache of a situation and one email to Jeremy fixed it within the day. I just needed a screenshot of my bank statement and he handled the rest. He is a life saver and i am thankful for his service and hard work.
